Opis


Ⅰ: Notice before starting the machine.

1. The machine is powered by single phase/220V alternative current; Confirm the right connection before turning on the machine.

2. Check if the air pressure be connected in a proper way.

3. If there are any foreign objects on the machine and in the mould,Remove the foreign objects;

4. Confirm the hoses connected with peristaltic pumps be placed into the materials tank;

5.Check if the filling nozzles be aligned with the bottles mouth,capping heads with the bottles;

Station explanation:

(1). Bottles feeding:Vibrate bowl feeding the bottles,pneumatic elements guiding the bottles into turnplate,then the pneumatic elements retreat;

(2). Bottles pressing: Due to the free fall from the bottles fed by the pneumatic elements,the sation makes the bottle reach the bottom of holder;

(3). Filling station: Fill the liquid into the bottles; the station works together with the peristaltic pumps;

(4). Robot feeding: the robot feeds the pump into the bottles.

(5). Pressing Station: Tighten the bottles with the pump;

(6). Output: moving the final products out of the turnplate

2.Detector Switch

[1]. Bottles-in cylinder: Guide the bottles in chute into the turnplate

[2]. Original point:: Bottles-in cylinder original place

[3]. Bottles-in Position: the sign of bottles in proper position

[4]. Feed-in sensor: The 2pcs of fibers detect the position in the chute; Either of the fiber cannot detect the bottles then the bottles-in cylinder will not work;.

[1]. Bottles-sensing switch: Detect the materials under the station and activation of station;.

[2]. Positioning cylinder: The detecting switch detects there is the material below the station the cylinder will position the material;

[3]. Bottles position origin: The switch is the mark for action-complete of stations and turnplate action;

[4]. Bottles position reaching: The position cylinder completes the reaching of bottles

[5]. Nozzles pressing cylinder: Reach the filling nozzles into bottles;

[6]. Nozzles pressing original point: the nozzle retreat on the origin point;

[7]. Nozzles reaching: detect if the filling nozzle reach into the bottles or not

1 to Preveriti in vzdrževati je treba stroj, da stroj podaljšate in optimizirate delovanje stroja;

Delovni stroj je treba vzdrževati vsake tri mesece; Ležaj in del prenosnika je treba mazati z maščobo; Mazanje je treba izvajati občasno; Olje za drsno pot (N68) je treba dodajati v del, kot je premikanje ali dvigovanje mehanizma dvakrat na dan; Avtomobilsko olje (N68) je treba dodati v vrtljive ali nihajne dele; Vsakih pol meseca dodajte maščobo v režo za odmikanje; Vsak mesec enkrat za oljno šobo dodajte maščobo;

2 Nikoli ne uporabljajte kovinskih orodij za udarjanje ali strganje površine, kjer je vezava kolomerirana na dele, kot so sestavni deli ali kalup.

3.Če stroj dlje časa preneha delovati, dodajte mazivo za mazanje v dele, kot sta prenos ali ležajni del; Stroj ravnajte tudi z vodoodporno zaščito。

4 Na stroj nikoli ne postavljajte predmetov, da ne bi poškodovali stroja.

5. Občasno očistite prah znotraj komponent, preverite tudi vse vijake in pritrdite sproščen vijak.

6. ob določenem času preverite vijake v sponkah za ožičenje in se prepričajte, da je vijak pritrjen;

7.Preverite, ali je v raztegnjeni poti ožičenja od električnih omaric ohlapna postaja; Če je del preveč ohlapen, ponovno pritrdite vijak, da se izognete odrgnini ali poškodbam izolacijskega sloja, ki lahko povzročijo električno puščanje;

Ⅵ.Packaging & Transportation

Nikoli ne postavljajte stroja vodoravno ali navpično navzdol; Odstavite nogo stroja in celoten stroj pritrdite z dnom zaboj. Stroj naj ostane v zaboju, ne da bi se med pošiljanjem odvijal od zabojnika ali stresel;

Embalaža stroja mora biti nevtralna; Pri premikanju stroja uporabite viličar ali žerjav in v stabilnem gibanju premikajte stroj od spodaj; Na sliki opazite ilustracijo kot spodaj; pri dviganju in nihanju stroja žerjav ne sme priti v stik s strojem. Stroj pritrdite s 4 kosov M16X200 vijakov in nato povežite žerjave in vijake za dviganje in nihanje strojev. Medtem zaščitite predmete pod strojem. Po potrebi uporabite opornico za stabilno dviganje (prikazano spodaj na sliki)
